Attorney – Founder and Managing Partner
Abdullah Al Modhafar is the Founder and Managing Partner of TADHAFUR LAW FIRM, bringing over eight years of comprehensive legal expertise to the practice. Throughout his distinguished career, he has successfully handled more than 300 cases, with a particular focus on complex litigation spanning Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate, and Labor law.
Mr. Abdullah Al Modhafar served as In-House Legal Advisor for prominent organizations including Al Fozan Holding Company (CJSC) and Albawardi Holding Group (CJSC), where he gained invaluable experience navigating the corporate legal landscape. His extensive courtroom experience includes appearances at all levels of trial and appellate courts throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Abdullah Al Modhafar demonstrates exceptional proficiency in contract drafting and review across diverse business sectors, with specialized expertise in corporate law matters. His comprehensive understanding of both commercial transactions and litigation enables him to provide strategic legal counsel that addresses both immediate needs and long-term business objectives.

Ghadi Alzahrani
Attorney – Founding Partner
Ghadi Alzahrani is a distinguished legal counsel with extensive expertise in labor law and commercial law. As an Accredited Arbitrator and member of an international arbitration center, she brings significant depth to complex dispute resolution matters.
Her professional experience includes serving as In-House Legal Advisor for Al Abdulkarim Holding Company, where she provided strategic legal guidance on corporate and labor matters. Additionally, she has practiced as an associate with prominent local law firms, developing a comprehensive understanding of the regional legal landscape.
Ghadi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Law, graduating with Second Class Honors. She has further enhanced her legal expertise through multiple specialized certifications across various areas of law, ensuring she remains current with evolving legal practices and regulatory requirements.

May Al-Mutairi
Attorney
May is a licensed lawyer who brings 3 years of experience in commercial & corporate law, she has a wide practice in corporate governance including compliance with relevant legislation and regulation on a variety of legal matters. She holds a bachelor degree in law with several certifications in commercial law.
Sattam Al-Muzaffar

Sattam has extensive experience in real estate legal systems and services. He worked as a legal specialist for an entity that provides real estate services and also worked as a legal assistant in a commercial food company.
