Meet Our Team
Abdullah Al Modhafar
Attorney – Founder and Managing Partner
Abdullah is the founder and Managing Partner of Tadhafur Law Firm. He is a licensed lawyer with extensive experience in the legal field for more than 7 years.
He has worked at many large corporates and local law firms. He worked as an In-House Legal Advisor for Al Fozan Holding Company (CJSC) and for Albawardi Holding Group (CJSC).
During his previous experience, Mr. Abdullah has worked on more than 150 cases, most of them commercial (some of them are complex), involving different areas of law such as Commercial, Real Estate, Labor and appeared in all levels of trial and appellate courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Abdullah is highly skilled in drafting and reviewing many types of contracts and agreements surrounding the business area.
Mr. Abdullah attended law school at Prince Mohammed bin Fahad University and earned many professional certifications in the field of Sharia and commercial law.
Ghadi Alzahrani
Counsel – Founding Member
Ghadi is a Legal Counsel who brings among the folds of extensive experience, proficiency, and excellence in the field of labor law and commercial law. She is an Accredited Arbitrator and a member of an international arbitration center.
Ghadi has worked as an In-House Legal Advisor in a reputable corporate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and for other local law firms as an associate.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sharia and law with Second Class Honors and earned several certifications in different areas of law.
Moussa Othman Ibrahim
Senior Legal Advisor
Mr. Moussa is a senior legal adviser who holds a wide experience in Business and Administrative Law, he has worked as an attorney for more than 8 years in Sudan. Mr. Moussa is highly experienced in local and international contracts.
Mr. Moussa holds a master’s degree in Public Law.
May Al-Mutairi
Attorney
May is a licensed lawyer who brings 3 years of experience in commercial & corporate law, she has a wide practice in corporate governance including compliance with relevant legislation and regulation on a variety of legal matters. She holds a bachelor degree in law with several certifications in commercial law.
Sattam Al-Muzaffar
Legal specialist
Sattam has extensive experience in real estate legal systems and services. He worked as a legal specialist for an entity that provides real estate services and also worked as a legal assistant in a commercial food company.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in law, and has a number of legal certificates specialized in real estate systems and procedures.
Aisha Al Modhafar

Aisha is a senior law student at Al Asalah University and earned a professional certificate from the Saudi Capital Market (IFSAH).
